NYFW SPRING/SUMMER 2014 | Clover Canyon

Models doing the model thing-- backstage at The Box, Lincoln Center.
So it begins-- the onslaught of NYFW coverage. I'm going to be posting on several outlets, so please be sure to keep your eyes peeled and look for live links throughout my NYFW posts. For the complete beauty report on Clover Canyon, be sure to swing by The Examiner, where you can see the results from my talented and seasoned journalist sister Vickie who rocked it out and braved backstage at The Box, Lincoln Center for me. If you want a sneak peak at what went down through out the week, swing by instagram and search #teamcandifiend to peep what my kick ass NYFW team saw and did.

The hair look at Clover Canyon included tiny cornrow braids. But make no mistake, it was not a tiny statement.

The braids mimicked the lines of a Mohawk, creating chic structured parts that only served to enhance the long straight hair look.

The look: Rosey lips, structured brows and uber straight hair.

The understated beauty look complimented designer Rozae Nichols' geometric prints and lean lines.

The Pop-Art-esque and Modernist patterns reflect Nichols inspiration: the Mid-century architects that pepper the Los Angeles cityscape.

Overall, a fun collection.
There's more to see, so please come back soon! XOXO
